Membership

  • To strive towards achieving 100% membership rate in line with NTUC’s goal of building a strong labour movement.

 
 

 

 

 

LMR

  • To strengthen the excellent harmonious labour management relationship with PSA Corp through mutual respect, trust and communications.
  • To support the NTUC SRP and Productivity Push Programs by encouraging our members to participate actively thereby ensuring their employability.

 
 

 

 
Union Leadership
  • To continually identify and groom younger leaders who have the commitment, sincerity and integrity to serve at all levels of the union structure through constant upgrading of knowledge and skills.

 
 

 

 
Communications
  • To foster closer bondage between SPWU’s leaders and its members through regular dialogue sessions and the dissemination of information via an effective network including using creative technology.

 
 

 
Financial
  • To manage the Union’s funds prudently and wisely through careful investment of funds and budgetary control.

 
 

 

 

 
Welfare
  • To provide a good standard of services to meet members’ social and recreational needs.
  • To support PSA’s participation in NTUC Workplace Health Program so as to adopt healthy lifestyles and be a productive workforce.
  • To work hand in hand with NTUC to improve the quality of life of our members as enshrined in NTUC21.
